GSX1100s: the Katana | ACP Customs

1982 GSX1100s Suzuki Katana, shaved down and beefed up where it matters.
This iconic muscle bike quickly turned into a labor of love for us here at ACP Customs.
Ground-up build with suspension upgrades, frame mods, engine mods, custom parts and much more!
All work was done in-house.

All original pieces prepared and coated:

Powdercoated frame, engine covers, top triple
Frame mods: These frames were notorious for twisting, so bracing is key to keep everything square

Triangular, capped bracing in the rear frame
Curved bracing in the rear frame
All unnecessary tabs removed
Nitro Racing rear-sets
Front End: Top-shelf products and one-off parts

ACP designed top triple, machined out of billet aluminum
Brushed finish with powdercoat
ACP designed bottom triple, machined out of billet aluminum and cored (removal of excess material) for weight reduction
Woodcraft clip-ons
Brembo levers and perch

Suspension: Only the best with this upgrade
